Your Profile

Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry (GD-OES) is an exceptionally powerful method that allows precise bulk analysis of nearly all elements, including H, C, N, and O, as well as simultaneous depth profiling of surface layers with the highest depth resolution.
